100 out of 5!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a really great experience at Valle Vista, and a huge part of that is thanks to Crystal and Cecilia from the leasing office. They are super kind, responsive, and make the whole community feel welcoming and well cared for. Any time I have questions or need help (move-in logistics, apartment details, little day-to-day things), they are patient, professional, and incredibly supportive. It’s clear they genuinely care about residents, not just paperwork and processes. The community itself is new, clean, and comfortable, but it’s the people who really make the difference here. Crystal and Cecilia are absolute stars!

Crystal was very patient and amazing during the entire tour!! She was so easy to talk too and ask questions about the apartments. She helped me find the best layout for my family and exactly what I asked for. The layouts here are amazing as well!

This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a leasing office! Cecilia is super personable and accommodating. She was very professional and patient throughout all of our communications. The property is stunning and offers unmatchable deals. I loved it but ended up moving to Bastrop, Tx because of work. However I was ready to move in to the property :)

Cecilia and Crystal at Valle Vista have been absolutely amazing! They are both so kind, understanding, and patient. They took the time to answer every single question I had and were extremely thorough throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate how helpful and reassuring they have been—it made everything so much easier and stress-free. I’m beyond excited for my move-in and so grateful for their outstanding support. I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Valle Vista Apartments! Crystal was the best—so friendly and helpful throughout the leasing process. She made everything simple and helped me find the perfect home close to my job at ABIA and my daughter’s school. The community is quiet, well-kept, and has great amenities. I love the area and feel very comfortable here. Highly recommend Valle Vista to anyone looking for a great place to live!!!
