Please!!!! Save your money and headaches by buying a house from KB homes. They don’t honor their warranty . My foundation broke months after I bought it. I told them & they ignored me. People I know, they have issues with their houses as well. I gave them 1 star bc it doesn’t allow me to give’ em -0
There will be a pool, basketball court, workout stations, playground and walking path coming summer of 2026!
It's a beautiful place and very pleasant to live
