The Porter Apartments

We are humbly grateful to find the new, “Crime Grade B” Del Valle, TX The Porter Apartments with several warm, professional, enthusiastic, and happy helpers. It was an easy start to end application completion. We are enchanted by their concepts with the unique modern hospitality settings and to personal concierges who manage the private clients. USPS mail and delivery packages are safe and secured. Their superb amenities are beyond your vivid imagination. The Oasis swimming pool seems paradise to us. It is genuinely therapeutic and conducive to live, to work, and to build your village. All client perks and discounts are greatly appreciated. It is indeed a “Welcome Home!”

5 stars. Moving into the brand new The Porter in Austin has been an amazing experience, and I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful the office staff has been. Huge shoutout to Joe for his patience, responsiveness, and for making the entire process fast, efficient, and completely smooth from start to finish. Ashley (his boss) was also a pleasure to work with and was quick to approve the requests I needed without any hassle. The other agent in the office was just as welcoming and kind. You can truly feel the warmth and professionalism of this team the moment you walk in. The community itself is beautiful—resort-style and well maintained—and the monthly fees are very reasonable compared to other properties I toured.

Very unprofessional management. Ashley previously managed my property and was by far the worst manager I have ever encountered. She handled conflict poorly and lacked professionalism when dealing with residents and staff. She was rarely in the office, which made it difficult to get anything resolved in a timely manner. On multiple occasions, I personally saw her at a bar during office hours, which raised serious concerns about her priorities and conduct on the job. Overall, her management created frustration and instability, and the property suffered because of it. I would not recommend any property managed by her. So good luck with this manager. I was told this was her next property. I used to live at the Flats at River North, you guys should take a look at the reviews on that one.

I scheduled a tour today and fell in love with the whole complex, Iris helped me so much and she was very nice and super helpful. I cannot wait to get approved and move in! I’m looking forward to moving into the Porter. ❤️

I didn’t actually go to the apartment complex but my girlfriend said Ms. Irish was very very helpful and friendly!
