I’ve lived here for over a year now and just renewed my lease because of how smooth my experience has been here. I’ve moved apartments every year since coming to Austin and this is the first time I renew. I have had no complaints, issues or concerns throughout my time living here. If I did they were minor and were resolved promptly. The apartment units are amazing, amenities are great and the leasing staff Ashley, Lilian and Jennifer have been amazing as well. Exceptional customer service and always a pleasant experience talking to them. There are a lot of food truck vendors who come on site very frequently and a lot of little gatherings/parties for residents to enjoy too. Great apartments overall! I’m genuinely happy to update my experience here because the turnaround has been incredible. I previously left a 1-star review, and going from that to a 5-star review — along with confidently extending my lease for another year and a half — truly speaks volumes. After a very rough period when I first moved in, management listened to resident concerns and took real action. Since then, this community has made huge improvements that completely changed how it feels to live here. They’ve added security cameras throughout the property, including parking lots, implemented controlled towing with designated guest parking, and overall safety feels significantly better. They’ve also addressed ongoing concerns with the shared Wi-Fi by introducing a backup system, so outages are no longer an issue —

I lived here for 1.5 years and had an overall positive experience! The office and maintenance were always quick to help and handle any minor issues I ran into. The apartments themselves are nice and modern, I lived on the top floor so never ran into any issues with noise. The gym and amenities are kept up with and usually not super busy which is nice! Just based on the area, you do need to be mindful of potential theft but I never had a problem with it thankfully. Jennifer, the new property manager was extremely helpful, especially handling my move out! All the staff though is incredible which is hard to come by at apartments. Really loved my time here, chose to move to be closer to family and the city.

Amanda was incredibly professional and supportive throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer my questions and consistently provided helpful information leading up to my move‑in.
