Colorado Creek Apartment Homes

This place has been one of the hardest apartment complexes to deal with, they add and charge tenants more then they should especially at move out. They don’t document payments, add move out charges to the move out. I don’t recommend this place. Unprofessional staff, and the owners are a joke. Maintenance team is superb, quick and very responsive. The only good thing about this place. Carlos and the maintenance guys are very polite and knowledgeable about there job. If I could leave negative stats I would. This apartment complex id very cheap and steals deposits. SO IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GOOD APARTMENT HOME THIS IS NOT IT!!!

-1000000000000 stars. No matter how professional they say they have been I have photos and emails and videos etc. that show otherwise. I’m not a fan of hearsay. Facts are facts. 1/9/26: Fire trucks are here and several gas leaks have been found. AGAIN. my neighbor has been sick for weeks and just got out of the hospital due to carbon monoxide poisoning. Gas leaks are common here. I’ve called the gas company on a separate occasion directly and they found several leaks when I called as well. If you care about safety PROVE IT. *********Corporate emailed me saying they’ll let me out of my lease if I promise not to sue them. ************* Don’t be fooled by any comments the property leaves because they don’t know what they’re talking about respectfully. Just giving bland general responses.

If I can give no stars I would. Let me start off by saying I lived at Colorado creek apartments for about 3 years. I started off in a 1 bedroom apartment and decided to move into a 2 bedroom after my lease ended. Long story short last year April 30th 2025 my lease was ending and I wanted to move out due to having a moldy apartment for about 6 months they did not make a effort to fix until the last few days of me moving out. Me and my son kept getting sick for months due to this mold, I have all my proof of my 60 day notice and emails of me letting them know I’ll be dropping off my keys etc. a month later I get a email stating I owe for may 2025 rent which I was so confused because I moved out in April! Severe health and safety failure — 1 star I have experienced an ongoing roach infestation since April 2025. Despite sending management multiple emails and submitting numerous maintenance requests, the only response for months was to spray a product intended for outdoor use inside my apartment, which was ineffective. I later discovered that the property did not maintain a professional pest control contract for several months. Due to the severity of the infestation, I was forced to hire and pay for private pest control services myself just to keep my unit livable. After sending certified letters to management and corporate offices, the issue remained unresolved. On October 30, 2025, residents were notified that pest control would inspect and treat only one building across the entire complex

Hi, this is Linda again. I’m leaving a review for Colorado Creek Apartments. Jaime and staff were very helpful very professional. I felt very much at home and I love the apartment. It’s a great size and it’s being ready right now for move-in on Monday. I appreciate the professionalism that this office displayed to me upon arriving regards, Linda Guerra
