Enclave on Ross

On February 28th, the management team, Ms. Martha and Mr. Freddy from Enclave on Ross, put us through a very devastating situation. What was supposed to be a joyful day turned into a heartbreaking and unforgettable experience for my family. I, Jose Gomez, experienced something I never thought I would face at a place I had called home for two years. At approximately 5:16 PM, Mr. Freddy approached my daughter, Esbeydi Gomez, in an aggressive and unfriendly manner. At the time, my daughter Esbeydi, my son Gabriel, and my son-in-law Armando were helping me empty and clean the apartment while we were moving out. We had mistakenly placed trash in an area where it did not belong because the trash compactor was already full. Mr. Freddy, who was not on duty at the time, began speaking aggressive

Since the new management team took over, I’ve really noticed a positive difference around the property. I feel much safer now — there are far fewer unauthorized people wandering around, and management is clearly more attentive to security and community concerns. It’s great to see them taking action to keep the property safe and well-maintained.

When my lease was up I was charged a full paint even though it didn't need it, also they charged me a full clean even though it did NOT need it... And it just so happens the charges where exactly what my deposit amount was $500... I've reached out to corporate and received no answer or attempt to set this right.

The management there is unprofessional. They allow fake reviews be made by their personal friends that do not even live here. We email and put our actual true reviews (1star) just to have them removed. This shows clearly owners do not care. The fobs never work, roaches everywhere, maintenance is rude and stays at his apartment onsite all day. Office has no resident events since the last person breeka left. Nobody seems to care at all

The NEW management team here is so much better! They walk the property more and are getting the property cleaned up. Maintenance requests are being handled quickly. They are just on top of things. The community feels more welcoming than ever. Huge improvement!
