The Park at Tivoli

I moved here in November 2025 with my 5yr old son. Ms. Tracy provided me a great move in experience and explained all the details. She inertacted well with my son, who was very curious. I love my unit (2B 1.5 bath) with jack and jill sinks and a laundry room (you have to prvide your own washer and dryer). The neighbors are pretty quiet and they offer flex payment as an option for rent. So far there's been no criminal activity. Only giving it 4 stars because it's an older complex and the hot water wil run out at times. But maintenance is fast and efficient. I don't see myself moving, uneless it's to a house.

I had no major issues living here until I received my final move out invoice. I lived there for 3+ years. Be prepared, take pictures of when you move in and when you move out. Keep a record of all your work orders submitted to them. Towing is highly enforced. Chimneys are just for show, you aren’t allowed to use them. Utilities/ water sewer/ trash fees averaged about $90+ & pet rent $30 in addition to rent every month. My neighbors were great & fairly quiet/ peaceful. Pricing is reasonable compared to other near by apartments in Stafford. Management is a work in progress. Thank you to Mr. Ty for being fair and addressing my particular situation.

I was informed I was approved on 1/28/2026 And was also informed I will be hearing from someone from the leasing office for next steps and to sign my lease. No one from the leasing office has yet to call or respond back to any emails that I have sent. I called once and was told that the “internal” department that handles the approvals hasn’t sent them any updates but on the online portal it states in green “approved.” No one has reached out to provide any update, I’m very disappointed.

My grandma moved in here Sept 27, 2025. I did everything for her online so we didn’t see the apt in person before moving in. The master bedroom did not come with a closet door. I’ve asked the workers and the manager about the sliding door and apparently they can’t accommodate her. I’ve asked for measurements to replaced the door and get her another one and today is Oct 8 2025 we still haven’t got those Measurements or another closet door. I’m sure there are vacant apartments that they can put a closet door on for her. The room looks very tacky without the closet door and all of her belongings are out in the open and visible. I have filed a complaint against these apartments and I am very unhappy with her stay. I have NEVER in my life heard of an apartment not offering a closet door. Please

I have been living at the park of Tivoli since July 1st and Ms. Deedee has been an amazing person, she helped me through the process with the application when I got approved when I picked up my keys. She's been very helpful. The rest of the staff in the office is great as well. She's made me feel comfortable and I've been here for almost 2 months and Ms Deedee in the office is a great staff member and I really appreciate it.
