Estates at Fountain Lake Apartments

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Estates at Fountain Lake ! The community has such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I spent all summer enjoying the pool — it’s such a nice spot to unwind. I also love that we have a 24/7 gym that I can use whenever I get the chance, which makes it super convenient with my schedule. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home!

I’ve been living here and one thing I truly appreciate is the location. It’s very convenient and close to everything — shopping, grocery stores, and main roads. It makes daily life much easier. I also want to mention the leasing office. They have been professional and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Communication has been clear, and they try their best to respond to concerns. Overall, the location and management experience have been positive for me.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with this apartment leasing management team. From the very beginning, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. The leasing process was smooth and clearly explained, with no surprises or unnecessary delays. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and thoroughly often within the same day snd the communication is always courteous and transparent. The property is kept clean, well-maintained, and secure, which really helps create a comfortable living environment.

SAW ANOTHER CAR GOT VANDALIZED AT THIS COMPLEX and Tires got stolen. Due to no ground patrol and not enough security!! Dont really know whats going on at this complex ? HOW DO I AND MY BELONGING FEEL SAFE HERE NOWW ? NO ACTIONS TAKEN !!! THINK ALL THIS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO MOVE HERE. Because when someone asked management these questions they just encountered shrugged shoulder and dont care attitude.

I am not a current resident at this location but today I stopped by and asked if I could see an apartment. I felt like I was inconveniencing the lady that showed me the apartment. I don't know if she didn't like me or if she just doesn't like her job but either way it showed. This was the coldest walkthrough I have ever had while looking at an apartment. It was to the point where I didn't even want to look at a second apartment. She barely talked and she didn't even show me the amenities, she just walked me straight through to the apartment. This was very bad customer service and I don't know if this is the norm for this particular apartment complex but this was not good customer service at all can management may need to speak with their staff regarding how they treat people who come in.
