Reserve at Fountain Lake Apartments

My experience at this apartment complex has been so far so good. All the leasing office workers have been nice and easy to talk to. Usually, when I submit a work order, it gets done in a timely fashion.

An absolute wonderful place to live. So quiet! Staff is amazing . Grounds are kept clean and neighbors are friendly and respectful. They just updated the gym as it sooo nice! There's ton of business around for food, fun and shopping!!! Im so glad I chose this place to call home

I’ll let you know that I definitely do not recommend moving here. If you care to hear about why please read on. Our bad experience started immediately on the first day of our lease. We got the keys around noon only to find that our apartment was still being prepped. The crew had only just begun painting the countertops and steaming the carpet. Our movers were about 30 minutes out and our apartment wasn’t move in ready. Fortunately, they were able to provide us with a couple blower fans to help dry out the carpet and paint. Despite that, we still had to move our furniture in over the wet carpet and were not able to start living there immediately. Absolutely terrible management. My tires were stolen because three gates they left open including one that’s normally chained and when I reported it, they basically shrugged and said “mechanical issues happen.” No Cameras, No accountability, no help, no sense of security. I pay to live here, and my property was left vulnerable due to their negligence. Do not trust your car or belongings here. Worst experience ever. Do not bother replying to this review, apartment management.

I would love to give a 5 star review, but the property manager is a one star, dismissive person. Call with an issue and instead of addressing it properly, I was met with a dismissive response of a complaint about my unit, that had never been brought to my attention until my complaint. The staff in the office is helpful, for the most part. Have had issues with a couple appliances since I’ve been here +/- 5 months, and hopefully the most recent one can be resolved soon.
