I don't usually write reviews but me and my son are moving after 5 years and Rose and her team deserve it... We moved in at the height of covid and since then Rose and her team has always gone above and beyond to make sure that my son and I were comfortable at every step of our lease. Anytime I've ever needed her she was always available to help and respond to all my concerns or needs immediately. Initially I was employed but shortly after the shutdown caaused my income to be rocky. Instead of leaving us out to dry Rose informed me on every program available, assisted me, and did everything in her power to assist Fort Bend with whatever they needed from her in the application process and the quick processing of the voucher payments once approved. Claudiea was awesome during my impromptu tour. She was very pleasant and gave me a last minute tour when she could have very well clocked out instead. I appreciate her hospitality and enthusiasm and just want to give acknowledgment for that. The property is huge, and gives a very cute big yard feel if that’s a thing.

I had such a great experience with Claudiea. She gave me a last‑minute tour at the end of the day, yet she was just as kind, patient, and welcoming as if it were first thing in the morning. Throughout the entire process, she has been incredibly helpful—any time I got stuck or needed guidance, especially with navigating the portal, she walked me through it without hesitation. If I could give 1 million stars I would because I have never experienced this before with an apartment.

She took the time to answer all of my questions and explained the leasing process in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. Her calm and confident approach made everything feel smooth and stress-free. It was obvious she knows the property and the leasing process very well. On top of all that, she has a beautiful personality and truly cares. I would absolutely recommend Claudia and this community to anyone looking for a positive leasing experience.
