Avaya Stafford

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’m seriously begging people not to move into Avaya Stafford. This place is roach infested and poorly maintained. A roach literally crawled up my bed and onto where I was sleeping. That alone tells you everything you need to know about the condition of these apartments. When I first moved in, I didn’t notice everything right away, but it didn’t take long to see what was really going on. The unit they gave me was very dirty, and they clearly just did a quick, lazy paint job. They even painted over a dead roach instead of actually cleaning and fixing the apartment properly. That should’ve been my first warning. There are open holes under the cabinets where the pipes are, so roaches have easy access no matter what you do. It doesn’t matter how much you clea

I’d say this place is pretty good for my first apartment. i don’t expect much since it’s an apartment complex . there are roaches here and there but i clean everything to make sure the problem is minimal . i don’t really like the smell of the bathroom it smells like somewhat like old paint ever since i moved in so i constantly spray in there. i don’t think the maintenance really likes to do their job because things are very poorly done in the apartment. drawers don’t open without falling down , the paint in the tub is peeling (like how does this happen ? the paint should be waterproof or am i tripping?) and the water in the shower or kitchen sink doesn’t heat up ): the counter tops in the kitchen and counter top were and still are somewhat sticky i guess due to improperly drying the pain

Clean nice place. The staff were informational and friendly. The Apartments are quiet and peaceful. I prefer at least a 2 bathroom and because the 2 bed 2 bath would not be ready until January I decided to go with a different place. I hope I didn’t choose wrong because Avaya Staffing was first on my list. This is a great place to live.

The office staff is friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about residents. They’re always quick to respond to questions or concerns. The community is quiet and safe. Parking has never been an issue, and the neighbors are respectful and friendly. It’s been a great place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free living experience.

I had a pleasant experience living in this apartment. The unit was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The management was responsive and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Overall, it was a good place to live and I would recommend it to others.
