I’m really frustrated with how difficult the HOA has made it to access the community amenities. The process is only available during standard business hours—when most residents are working—which makes it nearly impossible to get it done. After over a year of trying to find a time that works, I finally had a window to go in person, only to be told my husband also had to be present. That requirement was never communicated clearly and just added another unnecessary barrier. For the amount we pay in dues, it shouldn’t be this complicated to access the amenities we’re entitled to. The system needs to be more flexible—weekend hours, evenings, or even an online process would make a huge difference. If I could rate this place a ZERO sure would. Bought this house a yr ago. DON'T DO IT IF YOUR LOOKING TO BUY kids everywhere unsupervised im not talking about just teens little one's too. Don't see why we pay for a HOA they dont take care of the grounds trash flying around probably from the trash trucks and unsupervised kids littering. They tried to make me pay someone else bill for trash and I had just moved here also tried to write a citation for someone else trash can being left in front of my house. Harassment IS REAL from the police for no reason. Apparently they mixed up trash day with WASTE CONNECTION. City told waste connection cs to call HOA said they were instructed to pickup Tuesday I called HOA on several occasions Wed lmvm NO CALL BACK!! Apparently HOA said to tell residents

Not a great place to live. It's very different now.

To be honest, I don't know why we pay for HOA. They are never in the office, they NEVER answer the phone and if you leave a message, they don't call back. It isn't clear why the increase of the bill if we get no customer service at all They should be as quick to answer our questions as they are quick to bill us.
