Lennar at Northlake Estates

Beautiful Homes in a gorgeous community.

They sent a guy over here a few months ago to repair cracks, since then they’ve been unresponsive. Avoid buying from these guys.

The community is peaceful. The only downfall is the quality of these Lennar homes. I have lived in my new home for one year and there is cracks in the walls. There is cracks on the counters that are glued to the wall. The light switches were installed crooked.Toilet paper handles have all fallen. Different color knobs on the same door. I had a water leak in the roof. They were quick to come solve the water leak. Lennar staff is amazing. I just really wish the quality was just as amazing. The paint on the walls comes off easily. I have two small children and I have gently scrubbed the walls with a magic eraser and it takes the whole paint off. There is no gloss to the paint. Being a business owner and mom has made it difficult for me to pinpoint all these flaws and I wish I would’ve complet

I had such high hopes. This is our first new build. I’m so angry right now. They postponed our closing seven times and blamed it on labor/supply shortages. I get that but the house still wasn’t ready by the time we had to close. Instead of postponing again, they made us close and put into writing all the things that needed to be fixed. We closed more than a week ago. Nothing on that list is fixed and no one has been in contact with us either. Today we tried running the dishwasher for the first time. Within 5 minutes, water started going all over the floor and inside the cabinet under the sink. When we called Lennar’s customer care they said they don’t cover the appliances and referred us to GE, who can’t get someone out here for three days. Clearly something wasn’t installed or connected

The Bass Performance Theater is one beautiful creation. It has a lounge area on the second floor and the sound is phenomenal. A wonderful experience!
