ParcHaus at Paloma Creek

can't wait to rent a unit here. From the time I called to get information until the day I visited, everything went great! I worked with Mrs. Crystal (I think she's the manager) and she has truly been amazing. She answered the phone and made the conversation all about me and the unit. I didn't feel rushed or anything. She opened her schedule to accommodate my time and allowed me to pick a time to visit that was convenient to me. Once arriving on the location, she gave me an amazing tour, answering all and any questions, took her time showing me the entire complex and even walked me through the applying process. Days after she even took the time to call and check to see if I had anymore questions. Thanks Mrs. Crystal and I love forward to working with you one day in the future.

After touring, we fell in love with the community and peaceful environment. For a weekend to be so calm and clean was refreshing to experience. Syretha was incredibly kind and informative. She was able to answer all the questions we had and provided a welcoming energy as soon as we walked into the office.

I would like to take a moment express my sincere gratitude for the uplifting inviting experience that I received when we went to view this property. The individual i am speaking about is Kalaiya. She took time to answer questions about every option and she seem to know everything about the property. Our first impression was oh yes we wanted to move here. Not only are the pricing of the homes in reach but the overall amenities you received cannot be beat. There was another community that is similar we won't mention any names 😉 how ever at parchaus for our needs we want to make this our new home. I toured ParcHaus at Paloma Creek and was really impressed. The layout, finishes, and overall design of the rental homes checked every box and I loved the attached garage. Having a private yard for my dog is a huge win! Kalaiya and Jeff were so awesome! They were super professional, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience smooth. Looking forward to moving here next month and settling into a place that already feels like home
