Pratap (partner should have given is direct number in case I am having issues to contact him directly) should have reached out to me to check if everything is going well. He met me only once in beginning at my house that’s it. Only person with good response was Robin she is the only one made feel valued. Always approachable and available. Answered to all my questions.
