Orion McCord Park Apartments

The plumbers were forced to remove a piece of my wall and tiles from around my tub to replace a leaky pipe. The contractor used great ingenuity to repair it in a way that is not completely ugly, considering the original/replacement tiles are no longer available. He was very helpful and if you didn’t know, you probably wouldn’t know that it had looked differently before.

I am writing this in complete disbelief regarding my recent experience with Orion McCord in Little Elm, Texas. After submitting my application, I initially had difficulty reaching someone by phone to ask questions. Despite this, the staff I eventually spoke with seemed pleasant, and I scheduled an appointment—which I confirmed multiple times. Upon my arrival, there was only one person in the office. She did not greet me or offer assistance, instead giving me a dismissive look as if questioning whether I was in the right place. She was neither with a customer nor on the phone or computer, so the lack of acknowledgment was surprising. Before I could leave, the property manager approached me. Love my new Apt home! Amy in the office went Wayyy above a 5 star rating!! She was extremely helpful, persistent and diligent throughout the application process and I appreciate her dedication! My apartment is clean, the community is quiet, very well maintained, and friendly. The area has everything! Love the park right next door for my 9 year old Son. So far this has been a great choice. I'll be staying for awhile!
