Seville Place

I think I’ve been in this apartment almost 9 years. I wanted to leave this review because management is so awesome. They make sure that they take care of their longtime residence watching them help a new residence. It’s just a blessing. My apartment is so beautiful. It has been repainted. They will fix your problem. Immediately the ladies in the office is phenomenal. I know one day I will have to move, because I can’t do the stairs, they even wanna work with me and find me another apartment downstairs just wonderful complex. I loved the new management team maintenance team.

I have been living here since Covid. Relocation from ATL was a headache. I’ve watched many office personals come and go during this short time span. I can finally say that the office is finally opened as stated on the window. There has been an update on the pool furniture . We as tenants here are able to finally enjoy the pool area . I understand it’s hard work and nobody will be perfect. I must say the staff here is doing a awesome job picking up the pieces trying to rebuild the community.

I’ve been living at this complex for about a year now and I will say that this is by far one of the best complexes I’ve lived at. The manager Amanda is always so attentive and makes sure work orders are done in a timely manner. It’s a clean and well kept complex. Definitely recommend.

I have lived here for seven years. Our management finally cares about our property. This place has struggled for many years on having help and actual office hours, the manager now actually answers the phone and assist you in the best way possible.

The manager Amanda and her sidekick Patty. Lol is awesome! She's doing a fantastic job, if something is wrong with your apartment she will get it done the same day if not the next.
