Lou Ann is fantastic! We actually talked to several realtors but after meeting her I knew instantly that I wanted her to sell our home. Lou Ann is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and responds to emails and texts almost instantly, she is also aggressive and assertive, because of her we were able to get more than expected for our home. We always felt she truly had our best interests in mind, she is charismatic and takes the stress out of selling a home. I hope we do not have to buy or sell again, but if we do, Lou Ann will be our Realtor!
