Delta Residence

I moved into Delta Court almost a year ago. I love it! My neighbors are GREAT! Every time I’ve needed something fixed, management is always quick to handle the situation for me. I am a single mother with myself and daughter in Texas. We have zero family around. I do not worry about my daughter’s safety. My neighbors know I work crazy hours. They are always keeping an eye on my girl. I’m very happy at this residence.

I’ve lived in Delta Gardens for over 3 years now and love it. It’s a great price and a great location. The maintenance is amazing and the women in the front office are always so friendly.

I’ve been here for 2 years now, great spacious apartment for me and my little family. Mirta is great she has been so helpful since the beginning I moved in and any questions I have she is always so helpful and understanding. Out of all apartments I have lived at Delta Shores has and still is so great! Thank you!! 😊

Despite their pool and gate issues, Delta Residence is the most peaceful apartment complex I have lived in. Unfortunately, the owner and site manager are doing the minimum to keep Delta Residence looking nice.

I’ve lived here for a few years and love it. The complex is safe and 99% of the neighbors are either great or mind their business. Rent is fair and I like my apartment. The maintenance team is great, and I’ve seen Miss Mirta in the office through multiple owners keep this place running perfectly! She is very nice and accommodating. The only real negatives I can say is the pipes are a bit old and the parking lot is on the smaller end.
