Morgan's Landing - Taylor Morrison

I first visited here since it’s not far from when I work. My wife and I were looking for a house builder and I figured, let me stop in here. When I walked into the model home, I was greeted by Cyndi. She’s a very knowledgeable, helpful representative of Taylor Morrison. I took my wife to visit the model home on the weekend and we were greet by Brad, and he was just as amazing! Needless to say, we ended up starting our building process with Taylor Morrison! Cyndi has made the process so painless so far, her communication is amazing, and she doesn’t mind answering any questions that we have! I would highly recommend Taylor Morrison and I look forward to seeing our new home come to life!

Erica and Allen were phenomenal in helping me. They were very selfless and kind when I spoke to them on the phone and came into the physical location. I came home even telling my husband how awesome they both were and I don’t normally see that kind of hospitality around. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would.

Was not that great. Was very rushed to close and didn’t fix things they said they would. Make sure you get things done at closing before you sign.
