Bayshore Condominiums

I have been an owner since JAN 2017 and would like to give it 5-stars...but we're not there yet. I've been on the HOA Board for most of these past 6 years and we are making progress from the effects of severe mismanagement prior to 2015. We now have sufficient reserve funding in place to do upgrades and maintenance. Yes...our maintenance fees are a little higher than at some other condos that are not collecting and planning for ongoing maintenance. We will be having brand new laundry facilities by the middle of this month (March 2023)---a great improvement. Foundation issues are being corrected and we're continuing with new roofing. We hope to be taking care of the fences and parking lot covers either later this year or in 2024... All that being said...the area of town in which we sit is

Bayshore Condominiums has been through quite a bit in it's many years in La Porte. I'm happy to say it seems to be on the move into a great direction with plenty of nice neighbors, owners upgrading the property, and the location is very convenient.

Raw Sewage comes into my bathtub and under my toilet every time it gets stopped up on the main line. Every other month Raw Sewage is in the parking lot. The photos are from different times.
