I just want to thank Michelle, Misty, and Monica for all their help. Talk about friendly and really caring. I feel like I've known Misty forever. These ladies are truly dedicated to their jobs. Misty went above and beyond to get me in my place. She promised we a walk through on a Tuesday and had to leave the office early due to her daughter breaking her wrist. And although Monica had her back and was going to take care of me , Misty insisted on leaving the hospital to walk me through and get my lease worked on. These ladies have taken such good care of me and I love the apartment that they moved me to. I know I am going to love it here. If you want to be treated with kindness and respect I highly suggest seeing these ladies at the Plaza on San Jacinto. They will take the best care of find

Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and it was clear that the manager was professional, attentive, and well-organized. Any questions or concerns were handled promptly and with a positive attitude. The overall experience was stress-free, and you can tell the manager truly cares about maintaining a well-run location and good customer service. I’m very satisfied with how everything went and would definitely recommend Plaza San Jacinto.

I went to go look at these apartments absolutely beautiful put together.The manager misty was so kind and helpful took time to show me around. The best customer service I had all day im going back to lease here . I cant wait.
