Maintenance is great. Apartments are not the fanciest. I really only selected this place for the pool and new enclosed fitness center they were building but the fitness center building turned into another office for staff.
The maintenance department at Roberts Mill is awesome. Xavier goes more out of his way to make you happy all the guys do a great job. Thank you Jim.
Morgan Properties is a conglomerate that doesn't care about their tenants AT ALL. I know people in multiple properties and maintenance does nothing. The office does nothing. Basically, you're paying a mortgage payment to live in substandard conditions. Don't live in anything owned by Morgan Properties unless you want to be taken advantage of and pay for an overpriced garbage apartment.
Can anyone give me an email address that I can use for someone in the office that will answer our emails?? We've emailed them at least 4 times now, with no answer to our problem.
