Update: March 2025 New Bathroom Floor has been installed as well as a new Sink with a New Light Fixture. Maintenance is always consistent and management is always available for any questions I have. I have finally outgrown this place!! They have truly been the best well kept place in maple shade. Thank you to all staff for being one of the best. Update June 2022 New kitchen has been installed and hardwood floors have been installed. Update: 2021- 2022 I am still a resident and for the most part, I believe when you are an outstanding and consistent with residency you should be treated accordingly. For the most part decent property but… I called management today and asked why my rent went up significantly this year than last year. I was told everything has gone up including groceries, electric bills and her mortgage. lol seriously? Wrong answer. Every job I’ve ever worked for, I made myself familiar with every aspect of it including pricing, supply/demand and educated myself about everything surrounding my position. Saying you’re increasing my rent because “everyone else is doing it” is such an elementary answer. We are supposed be one of the most educated and advanced countries in the world. What is happening in America?I got the correct answer from the housing authority/NJ dept of Community Affairs. It actually has nothing to do with the excuse I was given.

I have lived here for over four years, when I say love it doesn’t even begin to describe how much I love this place. This is the oasis that I have been looking for my whole life. I have peace in my life. It is one of the best places I have ever lived. The front desk staff are phenomenal, very pleasant, easy to talk to, maintenance staff are friendly, very helpful and have always come when I’ve called and needed anything done . My building got a brand new roof. The ground are taken care of every week. The trash is picked up twice a week, big huge swimming pool that’s open six days a week. Park Crossing was my home for over 7 years until I moved out of town. They had very experienced supporting staff & a nice management. They are always responsive to my work tickets all these years & maintains the community nicely. The best part I loved is their club house & swimming pool. Clubhouse (work/conference rooms with free Internet) really helped me in my studies to shape a better career & Kids love their pools. They do have a fitness center & locker facility for packages in the clubhouse (open 24/7). I did refer many of my friends & they all had nice experiences here. Best part: heat & cooking gas are included in the rent.

Online it says that you don’t need to make a reservation to tour & that you can stop in at any time. Although I totally understand that they close at a specific time & don’t do tours then, it would be helpful to state this on your website so others don’t drive out of their way to come here around other tours. The lady up front didn’t want to give us the time of day & was very dismissive. We stated we’re from out of state & there was no care. I wish that I worked somewhere where I didn’t have to take 15 minutes from my day, & could technically close an hour early since no tours are done past 4pm,to make a sale because based on these reviews it definitely seems like we dodged a bullet. Not sure why there are leasing flags out front if they aren’t interested in giving tours to people who are
