Ryan's Run East

We spent 5 years in our 1B1B apartment and loved every minute of it. It’s clean, affordable, almost all of the utilities are included (minus cable and electricity), and we had a generous amount of living space and amenities like the pool, patio, and backyard. The maintenance team was quick and attentive, AC was cold in the summer, heat was warm in the winter, and we always felt safe and comfortable. Plus it’s in close distance to tons of great areas for shopping and running errands. I would definitely recommend to anyone as a first apartment when you’re moving away from home!

Apartments are fine. Small w/d in unit. Everything works. Maintenance seems good. Haven't had any mechanical or bug issues. Gym is okay. Sometimes can hear neighbors. There are many elderly neighbors and most of them blast their tvs all day. Worst part is definitely parking. There is less parking spots than there are bedrooms and then you can have multiple tenants/cars per bedroom. Management doesn't seem interested in improving or fixing it. They don't enforce parking. They don't care.

Never have any problems, if something needs to be fixed they come out fast.

Needs a new look, prices are higher than fair market prices

They steal security deposits for no reason
