I moved in May 2024. The window A/C units were filthy. Maintenance came in and “cleaned” the unit. I placed a table with drawers about 8” from the living room unit. When I moved out in April, my table desk facing the unit was destroyed by mold. A/C unit was filthy. The renter’s insurance that Morgan directed me to & I paid every month told me my insurance did not include mold damage. I alerted the office - they did nothing to compensate me. The 2 A/C units kept the rooms comfortable. But the kitchen in the back of the unit was over 90 degrees all summer. And my A/C bill for this 650 sq ft apartment was over $200 a month. I was in a 1st floor unit. The floors are so thin that I could hear my neighbor’s foot steps, TV, and heard her bed springs creak every time she got in & out of bed. The a

Love living here. Our townhome although a little outdated is the perfect size for me and my daughter. I love that she has an area to play outside and that i feel safe with her being out there. We love using the pool and the playground.

Not worth the hard earned money you bust your butt off for. Bath tub peels. Walls are paper thin. Maintenance team is terrible. Have no clue what there doing. They lay new stick on flooring over the old flooring in the kitchen and bathroom to make it seem “new” all the cabinets are old as hell and fall apart no matter how many times you fix them. And every winter mice make their way into our building and get into everything. The past almost three years I lived here they’ve never fully taken care of the issue. This place is joke for the amount of money you’re paying. You can find way better. The only upside to this place is some buildings get basements. But even then they flood. Go find some where better don’t waste your time

Honestly I didn’t love living here. To keep this relatively short, here some pros and cons. pros: office and maintenance staff were nice; quiet area; plenty of parking; prompt with lawn care and snow removal; pretty fair rent price and not a large increase when renewing cons: lots of crickets, silverfish, spiders, and stink bugs (even after supposedly having an exterminator come 3 times); discovered dishwasher was broken on move in day and took them over a month to replace; walls are very thin and not insulated well (I could always smell the weed the people under me were smoking); washer and dryer are extremely small and old; AC units made my electric bill very high; peeling paint on all baseboards. overall the place was very mediocre and I was happy to move out
