Maple Terrace Apartments

Honestly, the staff has been incredibly accommodating and nice! The place doesn’t look like much from the outside (imo), but the community is safe and the neighbors are all wonderful! My husband and I moved here months ago and are staying here in the process of buying our home. The leasing office staff are responsive and professional. The maintenance crew are all super nice and great at their jobs!! I’ve lived in luxury apartments in Virginia and haven’t had this good of service…ever. It just shows how much good customer service and atmosphere can make a place. I’ve really enjoyed my stay here because of this quiet community that has been surprisingly nice to live in!!

Living here has been such a wonderful experience. It’s affordable, management is extremely nice and responsive, and maintenance is quick and amazing at their job. I didn’t get this good of treatment at our previous luxury apartment. I’m so happy we moved here and, while it’s not much to look at, it has everything you need with the sweetest neighbors. Truly a wonderful community. I’ll be staying here for the foreseeable future.

Maple Terrace has been a great place to live. We intended to live here on a short term lease but changes in circumstance forced us to live here for a year…not disappointed in the least. The staff is great and amazingly responsive. The maintenance staff as well is professional and will fix most issues the same day.

I've lived at Maple Terrace for 11 years now. The office team of Melissa and Renee are the best team since I've been here. This was my first apartment in 30 years so I was nervous about apartment living when I first moved in. That was alleviated after the first couple of months when I didn't see one bug or find any crazy neighbors. In my entire time here, the neighbors have been very friendly, and I have made many good friends since moving in. When I have a maintenance issue, it is resolved the same day unless it is a large issue when same day cannot be expected (replacing sliding glass door). They do have 24/7 maintenance and I have had to call at 11pm and on the weekends and again, they come right over. Each apartment has an assigned parking spot that the neighbors respect. I've never

We’ve been at Maple Terrace apartments for less than a year and couldn’t have more great things to say! It’s quiet, clean, safe, and maintenance is superior. We love it here.
