Maple Grand Apartments

I would give this complex no stars at all. Lived there for 3 months while waiting for my baby girl to arrive. Things started to go south our first month there, involving rude neighbors. Then our dryer constantly not working after constantly letting maintenance know. Then on the day I was discharged from the hospital after having my daughter I came home to my bathroom ceiling caved in & black mold being revealed in the ceiling & everywhere after I constantly let maintenance know about the bathroom & being told it was not water damage just “humidity” from showering. The management did nothing about it & had no explanation for themselves. Not to mention the insane rent price for bare minimum necessities. DONT LIVE HERE.

We lived at Maple Grand for 4 years while we saved for our first house and had a fantastic experience. Their apartments are similarly sized to the other ones in the area, but the difference is MG’s layout. The open floor plan really maxes the amount of space available - tons of closet storage and the big bay windows provide a lot of light. You don’t feel like you’re cramped even though they’re about 700 sq ft (no wasted awkward space). It’s a quiet and safe complex where everyone is respectful & friendly towards each other. They are older apartments which meant things did break from time to time (HVAC, water heater), but the maintenance team is absolutely phenomenal. PLEASE IF YOU ARE A MINORITY DO NOT LIVE HERE! Management is disrespectful when bringing up complaints. Huge Biasness when treating residents. Every appointment made for work orders or even routine maintenance for the building is never completed. When discussing issues with Manager Melissa she responds with rolling her eyes. No respect given to tenants. I was told by other residents prior to them discovering my nationality that the person in my apartment was ran out of their home soley based on ethnicity. Also agreement's made by tenant and office are never followed through. Office allows tenants of minority race to be targeted and constantly called the police on. So if you are in a market for a new home please go somewhere else, your sanity will thank you . P.S. Also I made work orders w

The Maple Grand sits back off rt38 and you wouldn't know it was there unless you really look. I love my new home . It's spacious, affordable and the management care about you. They pay for everything but your electric. No hidden fees. $1,100 00 a month. It's just wonderful in every way. I love the apartment and the Renee is caring, kind and funny. A quiet apartment complex with friendly neighbors and an attentive staff. Great location, close to everything and abundant public transportation. I was there for 14 good years.
