Lennar at Spiritas Ranch

I am the current resident of spiritas ranch, Little Elm, and I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing and stressful warranty experience. My issues were handled by the field warranty manager, and unfortunately, the experience has been very distressing. Several valid warranty issues were repeatedly closed without any proper resolution or even informing me. Communication has been poor, and problems are being dismissed instead of fixed. The most serious issue is an intermittent water leak coming from the AC vent. This has already happened twice, with water draining through the vent. Buyers be aware of quality. Flooring is not even, lot of gaps between vinyl flooring, vinyl floor comes off easily no glue to secure. Even countertops are not even.

Danny took great care of us. He didn’t make us feel like we were just a number - he asked a lot of good questions to find out exactly what we were looking for. My home is beautiful & I would definitely recommend Lennar for a first time home buyer.

I recently explored a few Lennar homes that were listed as eligible under the 3.75% special rate, with up to $50K in price reductions and appliance package included as advertised here: Lennar Promotion. I initially called the number listed and was assisted by Jesus, who was helpful and confirmed that all three of the homes I was interested in were included in this promotion. He then connected me with Scott Crawford, the community rep on-site. I visited the community and met with Scott, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. He was dismissive of the promotions advertised on Lennar’s own website, saying they didn’t apply. Any questions around price flexibility, rate promotions, or even putting in an offer were quickly shut down. He insisted there was an “informal process” han
