Jeff - maintenance. Jeff is very polite, helpful, professional and very knowledgeable about the smallest details to answer and/or to fix anything I posed to him and there were alot of things he cheerfully took care of on the the spot or would follow thru usually on the same day! Tommy - maintenance. Tommy was asked to replace an outdoor porch light. However it was an electrical problem that took over an hour to fix (that went thru his lunch hour). Tommy is also very polite, helpful, professional and very knowledgeable with any type of maintenance problem. Tracy Hatfield is helping me with these reviews because I’m not computer savvy !

If I could give a lower star than this I definitely would. We've lived here for a month now have been waiting to get the sign on for our rent to be paid fixed. Apparently someone has the same last name as us so we've been having to pay them through money order or check which is highly inconvenient for two people who work and go to school. I've complained to the office about this multiple times and gotten the response "I'm super busy trying to get these trailers filled by the end of the month". I asked her who could I speak to about getting it fixed she said, "I'm not even going to open that can of worms right now because I'm super busy". There is definitely more than one person working in the office but she acted as if she didnt want to transfer me. The fire alarms go off everytime you coo

Anytime working with Harold at woodland estates has always been a great experience for our company. This guy is a great customer of ours and is always a pleasure working with him. He is dedicated to his job and very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the park and is always around when needed. We don’t see much of that these days working throughout the mobile home communities. Big thanks to Harold for always being a great customer to work with.
