400 Rose Apartments

This’s probably the best apartment I’ve ever lived in so far. I love how nice the apartment is and how well it is managed. I didn’t really have much problem during my stay, so I can’t speak about the maintenance. I like hot shower, and the water is hot enough for me. I also rarely hear noises from my neighbors in my unit. The parking lot is plowed early in the mornings after snow. I love having the EV charging stations and underground parking garage. I like that they give you an option to terminate your lease early with an expense of 1.5 months of rent (I asked about it because I was thinking about changing my job). I highly recommend it.

I really love living at 400 Rose! The apartment is bright and sunny, with clean, crisp fittings and appliances. Maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and always to my satisfaction. The common areas are beyond expectations. And the staff are cordial, knowledgable, and put on community-building programs (with free food!) monthly.

I lived in 400 Rose Apartments for 2 years, in both phase 1 and 2 of the building and the experience was nothing short of amazing! Everything about the building and units is there to for you to see for yourself. Firstly, it’s a plant lovers paradise - I moved in with 1 plant and moved out with 24 because the big windows are great for natural light. All my plants flourished there! The location is probably the best and most convenient in Kalamazoo, with very cool restaurants, parks, bars, theaters, and other fun stuff just mere minutes walk away. Special mention to the management team; Meagan is a real gem and has put together a strong team alongside her! Very caring, helpful, you’ll be in great hands! Shout out also to Don and Will in maintenance; I never had to wait more than 12 hours befo

Staff was courteous and honest during the apartment tour. These seem like great complexes although I have not loved here before. Either way, I appreciate the staff being so proactive and answering all my questions.

Working with Leasing Specialist Jena Dentler has been a great pleasure. She answered all questions, was very patient, responsive, kind, and professional. Jena went above and beyond, and we very much appreciate her time and effort!
