Lindsay on the leasing team was very helpful during my accelerated leasing and move in process. She was responsive, kind, and understanding of my situation and what I was looking for, and even able to resolve an issue I found on my lease quickly and under pressure on my move in day. She also reached out to see how my process went, so I've felt like a genuinely cared for tenant over my first week here. This extends to the entire team in the office as well, they've been kind and informative every time I've stopped by. I'm pleased as my studio apartment is exactly what I was looking for, and I'm sure my feelings could change, but for now I'm really enjoying it here.

Jon was very helpful. He listened to our problems and changed our thermostat immediately without delay. Also, the maintenance team is very quick to respond to work orders. There was issues in the heating system which they promptly started working and kept us updated.

I have lived in the is complex for almost 2 years now. Once with a roommate and now by myself. I moved into my own unit in October 2025, and I was charged for a couple of fees that I wasn’t supposed to be. I talked to the office in October, and they sent in a request for the $90 credit. It has been almost 5 months now and after multiple emails for them to issue the credit, they still haven’t issued it. I go every month to the office and ask about it since my lease is almost halfway up and I can’t get my money back. Will be parting ways after my lease is up this year since it’s been frustrating.

Definitely would not recommend. My husband and I moved out in July 2025. We were charged for extra parking ticket. The place was in better condition when we left then when we acquired the property. They wanna charge us painting lmfao that apt was t freshly painted when we got it. Apt flooded two days after moving in and the maintenance man didn't know how to fix it. My husband fixed it for them. I left a $350 pet deposit but they wanna charge for pet fumigation. That's why there's a pet deposit people. I already contacted corporate. I will deal directly with corporate. The leak happened after hours about 8 pm in the evening. I have video of that interaction that I sent and all out payments every month on time. And the guy was drunk and my husband fixed it. I took video of when we moved in

I’ve lived here since 2021, and for the most part, I’ve enjoyed my time living here, it’s usually quiet (except during house crawls and college kids partying), and the leasing office and maintenance team are great. However, the main issue I have to address is the laundry rooms. We have 3 washers, and 3 dryers for my entire building. It’s $1.55 per load of laundry, however a majority of the time the dryers don’t work! Every time I go to do laundry at least one of the machines is under maintenance and isn’t usable at all, or I use a dryer and it doesn’t even dry my clothes! If I’m spending $1.55 per machine on top of the rent and utilities I already pay, I expect that machine to work and not have to resort to running it several times or air drying my clothes.
