Country Management

Country management has been the best property management company to me for the last 11 years. When I call they always come to fix whatever the problem is. Jackie is my girl and Bosa is very kind & helpful. Thank you for being best landlord to me.

The home located at 6452 West VW Avenue in Schoolcraft provided us with amazing stay! The host Kim, is exceptionally kind and hospitable. All of the details and amenities of this home and the surrounding area did not go unnoticed. We are so grateful for our time spent here during what otherwise could have been a much more stressful transition in between moves. Thank you!

If you want a landlord that tells and screams and hangs up on you this is your man! Bakshir Pisipati aka Boz is unprofessional, cheap, rude and hateful! He has no maintenance # on his voice mail, and his mail box is full. Not helpful! electric and plumbing is awful! He kicked me Out bc he had to pay money for a plumbing repair, served me with papers to move out FOUR DAYS before Xmas. I’ve been here four years! He wants to redo this house so he can make more money and my living situation doesn’t matter to him! Cannot wait to get out of here. I do not feel safe! Shame on you Jackie for working for this horrible person and supporting these actions! Rude- unprofessional and a slum lord!!!

I would like to give a review for Country Management. I have been a customer for over five years, and I can confidently say they are the best at what they do—1000 out of 1000. If you're looking to rent, this is the company you should choose.

I was so happy to have been given Country Management's contact information from someone that I worked with. I could not have been happier! My apartment was spotless when I arrived. It had everything I could possibly have wanted from two different size coffee makers, assorted pots, pans and baking dishes, plenty of towels, hand soap, dish soap, and even a soft throw folded and on the sofa. I really only needed food and my own clothing. The furnishings were really nice looking and comfortable with two large TV's. The apartment was in a clean and safe neighborhood close to big store shopping. Jackie and Boz were quick to respond and the one time I had an issue with the furnace, it was repaired in less than 2 hours. They definitely treated me with integrity and respect.
