Tall Oaks Apartment Homes

I have been so excited to leave a review on Tall Oaks. I needed a place to live near my work just for 6 months. Not a lot of places offered short-term leases, but they did here, which was amazing! I wasn't able to tour the place before I signed for the lease as I was living out of the states, but I talked with Gaynel on the phone, and she made me feel more comfortable about not seeing it in person. My biggest concern was safety, as I am a woman in my 20s and was going to be living alone. Tall Oaks was a huge blessing in this aspect. It's away from the road, not near the highway, it's quiet, the residents are always walking their pets around the property and are super friendly, and I never once felt unsafe or uncomfortable while living at Tall Oaks. The electrical work to provide continuous power for my Osmosis system ( Waterdrop G3P600) was completed as scheduled. Workers were very courteous, explained the work that needed to be done and completed the work in a very short period of time. Very pleased with all the maintenance that has been provided since our move in. Thank you

The staff are incredibly kind. The move-in bag left on my counter was a nice touch and it even included a cat toy for my cats, which I thought was super sweet. Maintenance was responsive and efficient helping with any last minute fixes. So far, it has been a very peaceful environment, and the neighbors have all been kind and welcoming, too.

The office staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. The Maintenance here is also very quick to respond and do a throughly good job. Our experience with this apartment complex so far has been outstanding! I would recommend anyone live here if you're looking to move to Kalamazoo.

Peggy and MJ were so supportive and kind. They made the process of moving in a great experience. I was very nervous about the process, but they walked me through every step with concern and caring. Wonderful women!!
