Not honest people. They continue to collect money from Rental applicants when they know others are ahead of them and approved. If you call about a home prior to submitting your application, they will not tell you if others are ahead of you, encourage you to apply and later keep your money. I was approved due to my income and 750 credit score but someone else was approved ahead of me and kept my $100 deposit. They continued after me to still take applicants money. I have called main office at Watson Realty and they did not care. I filed a complain with BBB and pursuing.with state of Florida Attorney General. If anyone else experienced the same, please notify me. Not about the money but principle. And if all else fails, post your negative experience on social media. Let's put a stop to this
