Integra Station 2114

I would like to congratulate the Integra Station team for the excellent cleaning work in the condominium. The hallways and common areas are now cleaner and more presentable, making the environment even more pleasant. This really makes a difference in our daily lives. Congratulations on your professionalism and dedication!

Working with Aubrey was nothing but exceptional. He helped me through the whole process from start to finish. He also stayed late a couple of nights just to make sure my application process went smoothly.. and even with a couple of bumps in the road he still made sure to keep in contact and help me in any way he could. This complex is amazing and I’ve never had any issues the 2 years I’ve lived here. Im even transferring to a 2bd and the transition process is so easy. The new management and staff are super sweet and helpful!! Honestly the price is a steel for how nice the complex and amenities are!! They even offer first responder and health first discounts which is 🤩

Second time I visit Integra Station 2114 to tour the property and it’s amenities. It has been wonderful every time. Aubrey, today’s leasing agent was very very good. Great attitude, informative, knowledgeable of the property and fun. Answered the many questions we had. He was very patient and we didn’t feel rushed. 100% recommended. Must come and see

I don’t think I could feel any happier with my experience apartment hunting than I do after touring Integra Station. Having toured several other apartment complexes in the area, I entered Integra Station with low expectations, and was starting to feel that any apartment I chose was just trying to bleed me of as much money as possible (like The Carlton of West Melbourne, which will charge you a non-refundable $125 per person to sit on a waiting list behind 15 other people with no time estimate and no guarantees). Integra Station is truly a step above the rest, and that is singlehandedly the result of their Leasing Manager, Susan Huber. Susan was actually 10 minutes late for my tour. At first, this put a sour taste in my mouth, but it turned out to be the greatest ‘green flag’ one could hop
