I just want to say that Annabelle in the front office is amazing. She’s on point, super friendly and makes you feel welcomed and heard. The whole is amazing, not just singling her out but the whole office is absolutely amazing and trustworthy. I recommend them to all the properties I proudly serve. Annabelle was so helpful to me I am sending her a big hug. I had just moved to a condo, and October was going to be my first HOA payment. I sent it early as I wanted to make sure all was well with address, member number etc. But it did not go well and the payment came back to me. After a call to Annabelle she, very kindly, put me intouch with the right person so that I could get it straightened out. That right person was BettyJo. She truly understood how much it meant to me to be on time with my payment, she took care of it in a timely maner. Thank you so much BettyJo and Annabelle, if I could give you both more than five stars I would.

I am out of the country and emailed the office yesterday January 1st, asking for information to complete a task that was needed for our Townhouse. I feel lucky that Anabelle was the representative who answered my email. I received the information needed today the 2nd and completed the update for our townhouse.

I called to have an issue resolved and our property manger Penny was very rude and not helpful at all. She was mad because her phone wasn't supposed to ring after 1pm. Im trying to figure out how that is my fault. She proceeded to call me back and tell me to never call her again. How about just let it go to voicemail after 1pm. Not sure how she can be in customer service. Would never recommend to do business with this person. Hopefully she doesn't manage more then our property.

Was absolute pleasure dealing with Vesta property services. We were happy to provide bulk water delivery service. We were excited to be able to work with Lisa B and Lori and Betty Jo.
