I cant recommend this place enough. From the beautiful sunset views and nature trails to the golf simulator and resort style pool, this place makes it feel like you are living in a resort! The staff is amazing, maintenance is quick to respond to service requests, and the overall experience living here has been phenomenal!

I am glad to see that some are having a great experience. Unfortunately I am not. There is dog waste inside and outside building. Outside so much so that residents could smell it in the building. On several ocassions we have had dog waste inside of the hallway . My disappointment is the lack of urgency to sanitize the hallway. There is dried up dog waste and urine in the hallways right now since last week that no one has addressed.

This marks my second review of Integra Heritage, as I believe consistent excellence deserves to be documented. Living here truly feels like residing at a world-class reso—ahem, I mean, a premier residential community. (My subconscious clearly views the lifestyle here as a permanent vacation, even if the lease says otherwise!) I am continuously impressed by the professional staff. They are remarkably kind and attentive; on every occasion that I’ve required assistance, they have bypassed the standard 'responsive' mark and gone significantly out of their way to help with genuine smiles. From touring the property, to selecting an apartment, to the application process, to the approval call and emails, to the actual move in! EVERYTHING has been such an ease and EVERYONE in the office has been such a joy to deal with. Even after moving in and getting settled, my neighbors are amazing, maintenance has been so pleasant every time I have seen them and the location is perfect to everything in the area....I will recommended this property to anyone looking for a new start on the space coast

I’ve lived at Integra Heritage for about four months and absolutely love it. It truly feels like home. I moved from South Florida and was worried about the transition, but this community has been perfect for me, my partner, and our new puppy. My dog loves the dog park, and my boyfriend enjoys the golf simulator. The front desk staff—Jennifer, Alexis, Sophia, and Megan—have been amazing and made the entire experience so welcoming. Maintenance is always quick and responsive when needed. I highly recommend Integra Heritage!
