Avasa Hammock Landing

I loved in this complex for 2 years, and it's a very nice luxury apartment with amazing amenities and nice staff. They do however have issues that did cause me to move out unfortunately, though I did enjoy my stay here. First and foremost there is a very big silverfish infestation and no matter how many times you have post control come out they are EVERYWHERE. I understand that building new apartments where bugs and other animals used to be would cause this issue however so I know it's not the fault of management, just sucks when you're trying to move out and you have them crawling from behind pictures and in your box springs while trying to make sure they don't follow you to your next residence. I have been a resident here for a short time. The property is absolutely beautiful. Great amenities as well. The leasing staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The Maintenance team is 100% on point as well as the new porter keeping the property looking clean. Matt has been doing an extremely good job of keeping the dog waste bins and the trash on the property one hundred percent cleaned up. I appreciate everybody so far in making this a very safe and warming community to live in.So far.

This is possibly one of the worst places I have lived in coming from a fresh college graduate. There’s a silver fish infestation, random bugs flying around my extra closet, and now after maintenance came to fix my washer since it randomly stopped working before i left for my trip. I come back from a trip and want to use my washer just to see random maggots that weren’t there in my laundry room leading out. After putting in requests and calling to make sure it was done, I have come home and now there’s some how more on my washer and dryer after (pest control came) genuinely one of the worst places I lived. Never close the gate, my packages have been stolen twice due to the mail room and the drivers getting fed up with the system and putting it as other peoples names. for all of this and i

What a beautiful apartment community! The leasing staff here is so amazing and welcoming, they really know how to make you feel right at home! Although still under construction, I'm excited for all the amenities this property has to offer. Lounging at the pool side Hammock Sanctuary or having friends over to play a game of Pool followed by a Life- Size Scrabble is just up my alley. Not to mention, the ability to use their Cyber Cafe for days of working remote! Hammock Landing is the place you will want to live, especially with it being in close proximity to I-95 and Hammock Landing's retail shopping plaza!

Anthony was awesome! He helped me fill out the application which I would not be able to do without him. I am a retired senior and modern technology is difficult for me (I.e., filling applications online). Anthony was very patient and knowledgeable. Kudos to Anthony!!!
