The Luminary at 95 Apartments

I’ve been living here for almost a year and overall I really like it. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The community is very pet-friendly, with a dog park that’s great for pets and their owners. One of my favorite things about living here is the lake. It’s beautiful, and I love taking walks there with my dogs. Even on days when the weather isn’t great, the scenery is still lovely and makes the walks very enjoyable. The clubhouse is pleasant and well kept. You can sometimes hear neighbors if they are talking loudly or if children are crying, but it’s just everyday noise and nothing excessive The only improvements I would suggest would be upgrading the refrigerator to a more modern model with water and ice dispensers, and updating th

We have had an amazing experience living at Luminary 95 thanks to the incredible staff. Harrison was wonderful to work with when renting our unit, he was professional, helpful, and always had answers to our questions in a timely manner. Christyn and the maintenance team did an excellent job with our TV mounting. It was done perfectly and with great attention to detail, which really shows the level of care they put into their work whenever we need help. Kasey, the property manager, and the entire team do a fantastic job of keeping the community feeling welcoming and fun. The community events they organize are always the best and really help build a great neighborhood atmosphere. Recently relocated from Connecticut to Florida. After owning a home for over 30 years, we were worried about the transition to an apartment. Thanks to the leasing staff at The Luminary, the transition couldn't have been easier. I visited a number of properties in the area and this place by far was the best. The 3 BR unit is spacious, has plenty of storage, and the open floor layout is perfect. The screened deck is huge, and it even has its own storage closet! The grounds are beautiful. I make sure to take an early morning walk every day. My home office faces the pond which offers a great view. The pool is wonderful as are all the other amenities. We are so thankful for the staff here at The Luminary. Harrison, Christyn, and Leslie have especially made living here such a positive experience. From quickly fixing our dryer, to hosting fun community events, to making sure our transfer process was completely stress-free, they have truly gone above and beyond. We are grateful for their hard work and feel blessed to call The Luminary our home.

Loved touring the Luminary at 95. The community is beautiful and amenities are top tier. From astroturf covered dog park, to state of the art fitness center to their resort style swimming pool. There’s a lot to like. Harrison Burch, our Better Living Consultant, was fantastic. He was super insightful in answering all of our one of questions about the community. Harrison also shared his own unique experiences as a fellow resident with the Luminary at 95 that made the whole tour feel genuine. We never felt pressured to sign during the tour and walked away with all the information needed to make our decision I recommend touring the complex if you are in the market.
