Tralee Village Apartments

Jay was super helpful and kind. He made it easy to choose Tralee as our next home. Beautiful location and views, easy access to the highways, great food on the first floor, newly renovated units and the property overall has a nice vibe!

Updated review: We’ve had a great experience overall! Jay has been incredibly helpful—he listened to our concerns and quickly resolved the fire alarm issues, which we’re really grateful for. Victoria also excels at her job—she’s very responsive and approachable, making communication smooth and stress-free. The recently remodeled apartments are a huge plus and add to the overall appeal. The maintenance team is fantastic as well—always prompt, professional, and efficient in handling requests.

Victoria gave us a great tour so we went back to see again. Jay’s tour was a little more confusing. He told us he evicted a tenant because he threw away cardboard boxes in the trash chute. How does eviction work? The unit itself was nice, so we are interested in moving in. We couldn’t complete the application yet, because he wanted to see bank statements with at least $136,000, but we didn’t come in with any. We are moving from bay area (Sunnyvale) to Dublin for the first time, so residence search in this area is so new and confusing to us!

All my questions were answered. Jay was friendly and was precise when answering my questions (that is one reason that I enjoyed my tour). He let me take a look at the place and suggested of areas that my daughter would like.

Jay, Victoria, and the whole team at Tralee Village have been amazing! From move-in to day-to-day support, they’ve been friendly, responsive, and super helpful. The community is clean, well-maintained, and in a perfect location. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live — highly recommend!
