Dublin Station by Windsor Apartments

We have lived here for a year and we are sad to go. We have always been treated great. Simone is great. She is so helpful when we had questions. Always has a smile. Great place. Feel safe and neighbors are quiet.

We’ve lived here for about two months now, and while things started off okay, the experience has gone downhill pretty quickly. There were several unexpected fees that were never clearly explained, and the management team has been extremely difficult to reach. We were told email was the fastest way to get in touch, but we’ve waited weeks without any response. Phone calls weren’t any better. We were also supposed to have a walk-through before moving in to make sure the unit was in good condition, but that never happened. Since then, we’ve discovered multiple issues on our own… our pipes under the sink were so rusted they actually snapped in half and leaked, and the ventilation system was full of debris, which made me really sick. The apartment complex is conveniently located near the Demarcus Blvd BART station. The building is painted with vibrant colors and is surrounded by green areas and pathways. There is onsite parking for tenants.

Xiana was really professional and helpful. Gave us a tour which was nice. Place is clean and peaceful. Apartment we looked at was nice and clean. Just a little small for what we needed. Definitely liked it though.
