ParkWood Apartments

I have been living in Park Wood Apartments since October 2021 when I moved from Florida. I rented at distance without looking at the apartments. The rental process was reliable and smooth. I always found a team member to talk to and receive the guidance and answers I needed. I had a wonderful surprise when I saw the apartment. Since then, I have lived in three different units! All the apartments are modern and well kept. The Pak Wood team have been always supporting, kind, friendly, available, and helpful. The maintenance team is impecable, prompt, and efficient! Maintenance requests are successfully addressed and always with a wonderful attitude. At no cost to the tenant! The common areas are beautiful, clean, and pleasant. Parkwood Apartments is a great place to live. The staff members are professional, kind, and extremely customer service oriented. Mick, the maintenance supervisor is also wonderful.

I am a resident since spring 2024. Shelley assisted me when I was looking for apartments and she was lovely and thorough. I fell in love with the trees, the hike trails and park close by as well as how quiet it is and close to everything. My neighbors are polite and quiet. If you need maintenance they have a very good app system to request services and they are quick and follow up with you. I had to call once on a weekend for emergency maintenance because my upstairs neighbor overflowed the shower and the water came down my apartment, even though it was a weekend the emergency maintenance team showed up and fixed the issue.
