Emerald Park

Good, peaceful community and the property manager Morgan will go out of her way to help where she can. Leasing agents are nice and the property is well-maintained. However, I ran into an issue where smoking nearby would wake me up and requested an inter-apartment transfer. I was told to fill out a form to get approved by management (Woodmont Real Estate Services). I filled out and provided all the necessary documents. However, the regional manager Danielle denied the request because I wasn't upgrading to more expensive unit. My only recourse was to break the lease for two months' extra rent. Whatever the legality of this is, it unfortunately left me disappointed with my experience here.

I lived here for 3 years , not a good experience unfortunately. When I left they basically charged me for damaged blinds and carpet cleaning. I did a walkthrough with the maintenance guy the day we left and he didn’t pick up on any defects at all, he also said the carpets would be replaced throughout because they were over 4 years old. However after I vacated they added extra charges on my bill . I tried to challenge the management team but they didn’t answer my emails . Instead they referred my bill to a debt collection agency even before they had emailed me the bill. So because of this I had no room to negotiate a fair final close out bill and had to pay the debt collection agency otherwise I would have had a default on my credit. They had also closed my online access so I could not see

I had an amazing experience with Emerald Park Apartments, thanks to the outstanding service from Francine and Morgan! From the very first tour, Francine was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all my questions and making the leasing process smooth and stress-free. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcome. Morgan, the assistant manager, is equally fantastic—always professional, friendly, and quick to address any concerns. The community itself is well-maintained, peaceful, and in a great location. If you’re looking for a place to call home with a top-notch management team, I highly recommend Emerald Park Apartments!

Emerald Park apartments is a great place for a family with kids. It is conveniently located from shops, schools, freeways, movies, restaurants. Entire apartment complex is maintained very well. We never had any issues with parking our car. We always had ample open parking spaces. This was appreciated by our visiting friends many times. All the amenities like swimming pool, gym are kept clean. Your supporting staff are always friendly. All our service requests(however small/big it was) were completed quickly. Office manager Monika remembered my name and treated us very friendly with a smiling face. She had answers for all our questions.  Because of all the above mentioned features, I had recommended this apartment complex to 4-5 friends who moved in and are also enjoying staying at Emerald

I have had the pleasure of residing at Emerald Park Apartments for 5 years. Our Apartment was spacious and was the perfect location. We had great neighbors. We love the wide variety of trees and the birds. The pool area is a great hangout spot in the summer. Francisco and his team took very good care of the property and the office team is responsive to our requests! Enjoy
