The community is clean, quiet, and feels very safe, which is a huge plus for me with my busy work schedule nearby. The location is super convenient and makes commuting easy. A special shoutout to Andrea in the leasing office. she has always been kind, professional, and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents. Also, the maintenance team deserves recognition. They’re fast, reliable, and keep the property in great shape. Overall, this has been a very positive place to live and I would definitely recommend eaves Dublin to anyone looking for a well-kept apartment community in the area.

Normally, I would rate Avalon around 2–3 stars due to their lack of responsiveness and professionalism. I’ve had my share of ups and downs with Avalon, but the one thing that truly makes my experience better is Andrea Z. She always makes me feel heard and takes the time to address every issue and concern I have with the Eaves community. Andrea is quick, attentive, approachable, and consistently goes above and beyond her role at Eaves Dublin. Without her, I’m not sure many tenants would even stay. Hello, We reside at Eaves in Dublin. We experienced a short delay in our rent payment, which we acknowledge. My husband is the sole earner, and I stay home to care for our eight-month-old baby. Despite this, we were actively working to make the payment. However, the online payment system was completely shut down, and because this coincided with the weekend, we were unable to make a payment for four days. During this time, daily late fees continued to accrue, even though the situation was beyond our control. My husband took time off work to go to the office, but it was closed without any prior notice. I like the community, the atmosphere, and close proximity to trails. The staff, Andrea and Kayla, were great and made move-in process easy. I really enjoy my place and living here.
