I'm buying a house and was unfamiliar with how the process worked ,Tim, on his day off, helped me by rushing to the property and performing an inspection before my walk-through. He found items that would cost me thousands on a new home. Things like the roof had hail damage and an gas line installed incorrectly. Don't skip your inspection. Make sure you get Tim, he is thorough, honest, professional and all around great.
