I’ll say I had all my issues resolved from Taylor Morrison. I bought an inventory home and yes there were problems but before my one year warranty they fixed everything I’ve addressed.
Community is pretty good. Stay away from Taylor Morrison if you can. Totally agree they have very good looking plans and they are pretty famous nationwide builder. If you cannot stay away, atleast stay away from inventory homes. The corners they cut to make money from this whole land they own/leased is very furiating. Atleast you can control build quality if you check every step of your construction and don’t fall for their seasoned sales professionals. Will try to post detailed review from bunch of homeowners, if requested by many viewers.
I would avoid Taylor Morrison homes particularly in this community as they have the most ridiculous quality. Complaints all around the community. Also the next thing I would avoid is the HOA community management @NMI which is a third class business has a 1 star rating. They are managing the community which provides awful services. Immature services with immatured management. I would avoid until Taylor Morrison changes the HOA management.
Love living here. Wonderful neighbors and super community.
Super cool community...I Love The Ridge at The Northlake. Everyone typically like one peaceful family. Amenities center 👏
