Lennar at Wildflower Ranch

The builder and construction team did an absolutely amazing job on my client’s home! The attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and speed of the build were truly impressive. A special thank you to Gregorio Serafino (Greg) and April Erving who went above and beyond, their teamwork made the process outstanding. The first walk-through orientation was full of valuable information, handled with patience and professionalism. My clients are beyond excited with the results and are looking forward to an incredible closing on their beautiful new home. Thank you all for making the process seamless and exceeding expectations!

Just over a year after moving in, I already have about 40 cracked tiles all over my Lennar home. Because it’s barely past the one-year mark, Lennar refuses to fix it and is refusing to do anything about it. Extremely poor quality and even worse customer service.

My bf and I came in to start the process of looking at homes. We knew we wanted to live in the wildflower ranch community. We walked into the sales office and were greeted in a very friendly manner by Kevin. (You normally are not greeted well especially at our age most think we are not serious to purchase) He had a appointment in a few but made time to show us some options. We are first time buyers so this was scary for us. Kevin Boyett is awesome and guided us through the process. He has a ton of knowledge on Lennar, their process, and the quality of the homes. They had a couple of homes available and the one we specifically wanted was the McAllen. Great home and the design was perfect for our future goals. Unfortunately the one we wanted sold otherwise we would of bought it at the time.

I’ve been trying to get my EMD back from this builder since May 2022. No one seems to want to help and I keep getting passed around. Unprofessional service!
