The Ruby at Chadwick Commons Apartments

I’ve lived at The Ruby at Chadwick Commons since 2022, and it has been a wonderful experience. They always address any issues promptly — I’ve never had a problem with maintenance, and they do a great job fixing things quickly. The staff is very friendly, and the maintenance team is fantastic. Sherri Vittatoe has been especially great at answering my questions and addressing any concerns I’ve had, and her team is just as helpful. I would highly recommend these apartments — they take great care of the property and truly make it a comfortable place to live.

Looks like Sherri had my review taken down. No problem, let’s try this again. Ive lived here over three years. This apartment is trash and so is property management. Specifically, the property manager, Sherri. Sherri has made living here unbearable. She’s a bully and extremely unpleasant. Check out the pictures of the toxic fine concrete dust maintenance left all over the halls. Perfectly safe for pets and people to inhale, nothing to see here.

After living here for about 5 months I can give a pretty accurate review of what it’s like to live here. Firstly they are very prompt on fixing maintenance requests which is very nice. The front office staff is pretty kind. They require you to use the internet they provide but it is so slow, and it’s 45 dollars a month to use. With that price somewhere else you could have much faster wifi. My biggest problem is when i moved in I made sure to ask if they have good sound proofing between floors as we have a baby and we had an issue with that in our last apartment. They gave the general answer of ‘In every apartment you’ll have noise’ which i agree but that’s not what I asked. And with that answer i shouldn’t have moved in, but i unfortunately did. We just moved in today and could not be more pleased. The apartments are gorgeous. If you love to swim, this is the place to come to. They offer some apartments with yards for pets as well. Everything is clean and managed well. What I mostly want to mention is how amazing we were treated by the office staff. Seda in particular has been absolutely amazing. She called and text me throughout my process of moving to make sure I didn’t need anything. She made us feel so welcome and is one of the main reasons we chose this complex. I can’t wait to live out our lease and beyond here!!

Update: I love living here at the Ruby! My building is nice and quiet. I have friendly neighbors and the management team is so nice and helpful. Any maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. There are plenty of parking spaces outside of my building and it is well lit at night. Overall, I enjoy my apartment and the amenities offered here. I recently went on a tour at this complex with Megan. I had the best experience, she was very informative, and gave me all of the details I needed before signing my lease. The complex is very well kept, the bathrooms were clean (which is a big indicator of how well they keep up with things) and the location is great.
