Sereno Canyon Falls

We have had such an amazing experience with Sereno Canyon Falls so far! Jason, Janine, and Matt have truly gone above and beyond to help us throughout the entire leasing and application process. They have been incredibly kind, patient, prompt, professional, and attentive to every question we’ve had! We’ve been very selective about where we want to live because finding a place that truly feels like home is so important to us. From the beautiful amenities to the welcoming atmosphere, everything about Sereno Canyon Falls stood out, but what really made the difference was the staff. It’s clear they genuinely care about their residents and care about what they do! We are so excited to move in and have such a wonderful place to call home. I just leased a unit at Sereno at Canyon Falls and I’m so impressed with the property. The apartments have a high-end, modern feel. The community amenities and the overall locality in Northlake are exactly what I was looking for. Huge thanks to Matt Dobbs for making the experience so smooth. I visited multiple times and asked for tour after tour to be sure, and Matt was incredibly patient and friendly throughout it all. He really knows the property and made the entire process feel effortless. Can’t wait to move in!

I am very impressed with this community. Johnathan was amazing. As a community manager in the industry, I was very impressed with his professionalism and customer service. He was very engaged with my daughter during the tour and was very detailed. Not only was he kind and professional, but he also had a great sense of humor and made sure he listened to the things that my daughter wanted/needed in her new home. He gave options, which helped my daughter narrow down things and make a decision. The community is well kept and has great amenities. I love this property!! Especially at the rate compared to other places in neighboring areas. I had a great tour with Jason and he really accommodated me as I had a lot of questions and requested a second walk through, he was extremely courteous both times. The grounds are beautiful, the layout of the apartments feel very larger, particularly the B2 layout. Love the amenities, very cool with the craft room and the best part is you feel tremendous peace here, glory to God. Easy application process as well, just thought I'd throw that it in. :)

The experience with this apartment community has been excellent so far. Jason, the leasing officer, was extremely professional and patient throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions without any hesitation and guided me step by step through the leasing process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. The community itself is beautiful and well-maintained. I especially love the gym and pool area - both are clean, modern, and great amenities to have.
